Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Eternal has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company (‘NRC’) at its meeting held today on July 21, 2025 has approved a total grant of 10,13,597 stock options under Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (‘ESOP 2021’) to the eligible employees. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to above grants is given in Annexure A.
