Superhouse has informed that Chaudhary Usman Ahmad, Independent Director of the Company, on 20th July, 2025; Ahmad was appointed to the Board on 30th September, 2024, and during his tenure, the Company greatly benefited from his insights, guidance, and valuable contributions. His passing is an irreparable loss, and the Board of Directors, along with the employees of the I Company, extend their heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule 111 Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the required details are annexed as Annexure 'A'. The Company is taking appropriate steps to fill the resultant vacancy on the Board and shall intimate the Stock Exchange(s) in due course, as per applicable regulations.
