BEML has bagged order worth around Rs 293.82 crore from the Ministry of Defence for supply of 150 units of High Mobility Vehicles (HMVs) 6X6. Indigenously designed High Mobility Vehicles will primarily be manufactured at the company's Palakkad and Mysore plants, with additional production in other divisions based on operational feasibility.
The vehicle 6x6 is designed to deliver exceptional reliability and versatility, even in the most challenging environments. The vehicles are capable of operating in extreme terrains, climatic conditions and at high altitudes.
