CMS Info Systems has reported result for first quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26).

The company has reported 2.76% rise in its net profit at Rs 84.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 81.87 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 6.00% at Rs 596.07 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 562.32 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 3.07% rise in net profit at Rs 93.58 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 90.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.37% at Rs 643.76 crore for Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 610.93 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
