Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sundram Fasteners has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, to consider, review and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. As informed earlier vide its letter dated June 27, 2025, the trading window for trading in the Company’s equity shares by the Designated Persons and other Connected Persons, shall remain closed till 48 hours (two working days) after the declaration of unaudited financial results i.e. from June 30, 2025 (Monday) to August 4, 2025 (Monday), in terms of the requirements of the Company's insider trading policy titled ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons’ and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
