Lumax Auto Technologies has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Lumax Autocomp’ in New Delhi on July 24, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre on July 24, 2025 has issued a Certificate of Incorporation of Lumax Autocomp.
The operations of Lumax Autocomp will be in line with the company's vision and will enable the company to further address growth opportunities in the automotive sector.'
