Lumax Auto Technologies has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Lumax Auto Solutions’ on July 26, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre on July 26, 2025 has issued a Certificate of Incorporation of Lumax Auto Solutions.
The operations of Lumax Auto Solutions, will be in line with the company's vision, will enable the company to further address growth opportunities in automotive sector.
Lumax Auto Technologies manufactures a wide range of automotive components. The company's products include drive transmission and steering components, body and chassis, and electrical components.
