Copy of Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is enclosed as Annexure A; Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, appointment of Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. Details of new Internal Auditor as required under the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are provided in Annexure B to this intimation. The same are also being uploaded on the website of the Company, http://www.dhampur.com. The Unaudited Financial Results shall be published in newspapers as per the Listing Regulations. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 10:45 AM (IST) and concluded at 11:55 AM (IST).
