Calcom Vision rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Calcom Vision is currently trading at Rs. 110.00, up by 2.05 points or 1.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 113.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 113.30 and Rs. 103.20 respectively. So far 10459 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 145.00 on 01-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Calcom Vision has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Calcom Astra, to steer its exports business and accelerate its international expansion plans. Calcom Astra will focus on strengthening Calcom Vision’s footprint in key global markets particularly the USA and Europe with an integrated approach to exports, sourcing, and vendor development. The new subsidiary is aligned with the company’s strategy to respond swiftly to evolving global trade dynamics and growing demand from international customers.

Calcom Vision is engaged in the manufacturing & export of PCB, resistors, connectors; SMPS power supply, cord, CTV chassis, mobile chaarger, inverter, and emergency light.
