In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Jindal Steel has informed that, Bhaskar Chatterjee (DIN: 05169883), Independent Director of the Company, was appointed for a second term of 2 consecutive years with effect from July 29, 2023. Bhaskar Chatterjee’s term as Director concluded on July 28, 2025. The Board of Directors and the management of the Company place on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance and contributions made by Chatterjee during his tenure as an Independent Director.
