In reference to its earlier communication dated July 02, 2025, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations’), read with other applicable provisions, if any, GHCL Textiles has informed that the Meenakshi section of the Paravai unit situated at Paravai, Samayanallur Post, Madurai, Tamil Nadu – 625402, was formally inaugurated on July 02, 2025, in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, however the plant had commenced trial production on June 12, 2025. All the details mentioned in the earlier communication dated July 02, 2025, remains same.
