A signed copy of the above Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations is attached as Annexure- A; Interim Dividend: Declaration of Interim Dividend of INR 6/- per equity share (@ 60% on a face value of INR 10 each) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend shall be August 06, 2025. The Interim Dividend will be dispatched/ credited within 30 days of its declaration.
