Godavari Drugs has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 13th day of August, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2025. Further, the company has informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company, originally scheduled to be held on 28th August, 2025, has been rescheduled. The revised date, time, and venue/mode of the AGM shall be intimated in due course. As informed earlier, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for designated persons and their immediate relatives, which has been closed effective 1st July, 2025, shall remain closed till 15th August, 2025. The trading window shall reopen on 16th August, 2025.
