Adani Energy Solutions has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiary companies in the name of Adani Electricity Kalyan Dombivli (AEKDL), Adani Electricity Pune (AEPL) and Adani Electricity Vidharbha (AEVL) on August 04, 2025. The newly incorporated entities belong to Electric Utilities industry.
The wholly owned subsidiary companies have been incorporated to carry on the business of production, generation, conversion, transformation, transmission, processing, storing, supply and distribution of electricity.
Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission) is the transmission business arm of the Adani Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates.
