Denis Chem Lab has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 13th August, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. Please note that as intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 23rd June, 2025, the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed for designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
