Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Mohit Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the registered office of the company to consider and approve following business transaction: 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. Any other matter with the permission of the chair. The Board Meeting shall be preceded by Audit Committee Meeting on the same day. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with our intimation letter dated June 24, 2025, it was informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons, shall remain closed from July 1, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2025. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours of declaration of results.
