H.G. Infra Engineering has received Letter of Award (LoA) for creation of Integrated Material Handling facility at the Navel Dockyard in Mumbai (ND (MBI) by Military Engineer Services (MES) in the state of Maharashtra.
Earlier, the company had executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with PFC Consulting (PFCCL) on July 28, 2025 and acquired 100% Equity Shares of Angul Sundargarh Transmission (ASTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFCCL.
