Adani Energy Solutions has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) company in the name of Adani Electricity Vasai-Virar. The said WOS has been incorporated for carrying on the business of production, generation, conversion, transformation, transmission, processing, storing, supply and distribution of electricity.
Adani Electricity Vasai-Virar is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on August 5, 2025 and is yet to commence its business operations.
Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission) is the transmission business arm of the Adani Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates.
