Vapi Enterprise has informed that on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the appointment of M.I. Shah & Co. Chartered Accountant, (Firm Registration No. 119025W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the FY 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. M.I. Shah & Co., have confirmed their eligibility for appointment as Statutory Auditors. Upon appointment, M.I Shah & Co, will hold the office for a period of one year from the conclusion of 51st AGM till the conclusion of 52nd AGM. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure.
