The information with regard to the above?mentioned changes in the aforesaid Key Managerial Personnel and in the Senior Management Personnel in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7) of Part A of the Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, are given in Annexure A; Appointment of Avinash Appasaheb Salunke as the Internal Auditor of the Company with effect from the start of business hours on 07th August, 2025.
