Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para-A-20 of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Deepak Nitrite has informed that Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Bharuch has passed two orders against the Company, dated 5th August, 2025, which were received by the Company on 6th August, 2025, under the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (‘EPF Act’). The details as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A-20 of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations are provided in Annexure I to this letter.
