VLS Finance’s promoter group has hiked the stake in the company. M. P Mehrotra (HUF) which is a part of promoter group has purchased 100,000 equity shares constituting about 0.25% of the paid up capital of the company from open market through Stock Exchange.

VLS Finance is the flagship company of the VLS Group. The company is a leading NBFC (Non Banking Finance Company) in the country.
