Celebrity Fashions has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, 12th August 2025, the Board considered and approved the following: the un-audited Financial Results of the Company prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 together with the Limited Review Report of the Auditor’s thereon. Copy of the Financial Results and the Limited review reports are enclosed; the Board has approved the appointment of BP & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at 36th Annual General Meeting.
