Antony Waste Handling Cell’s material subsidiary -- Antony Lara Enviro Solutions has secured two new contracts worth Rs 3,200 crore (Rs 1600 crore each) for development of Waste-to-Energy Plants each with a capacity of around 15 MW at the Kadapa Cluster and Kurnool Cluster in Andhra Pradesh. The contracts are awarded by New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh. Each project will have a construction period of around 24 months from the date of concession agreement signing, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) execution, or land transfer whichever is later. The contract carries a concession period of 20 years.
