In compliance with Regulation 30 read with and SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, Antony Waste Handling Cell has informed that one of its material subsidiary, Antony Lara Enviro Solutions has received two new contracts for development of Waste-to-Energy Plants each with a capacity of ~15 MW at the Kadapa Cluster and Kurnool Cluster in Andhra Pradesh.
