Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Somany Ceramics has informed that the Company has allotted 3,201 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on 13th August, 2025 pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOP Plan 2023 as per the applicable regulations. Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs 8,20,19,210 to Rs 8,20,25,612.
