Adani Energy Solutions has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary company in the name of Adani Energy Solutions Step-Sixteen. The company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary for transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto.
Adani Energy Solutions Step-Sixteen is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on August 12, 2025 and is yet to commence its business operations.
Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission) is the transmission business arm of the Adani Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates.
