With reference to the provisions of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19, 2018 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Parsvnath Developers has informed that the annual Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 yet to be finalized due to unavoidable circumstances as informed earlier. Therefore, they are unable to approve and publish the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as well. They further submitted that they are shorting out all the problems and will shortly inform the exchange regarding holding the meetings for approval of annual Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the period ended March 31, 2025 and for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
