Samruddhi Realty has transferred all the shares held by it in three subsidiary companies - Samruddhi Gruha Nirman, Samruddhi Holiday Resorts and Samruddhi Vaastu Infracon. As a result they have ceased to be the subsidiary companies of Samruddhi Realty with immediate effect.

Earlier in July this year, the company had signed two projects amounting to 390,000 square feet area and at aggregate estimated revenue of Rs 97.50 crore.
