Unitech sells 300 housing units worth Rs 250 crore

Realty firm, Unitech has sold over 300 housing units worth Rs 250 crore under a recently launched project at Gurgaon. Apartment prices at Crestview start from Rs 70 lakh. Group housing project ‘Crestview’ is a part of the 500-acre integrated township that the company is developing in Gurgaon in Haryana.

The company launched ‘Crestview Apartments’, part of Wildflower Country, a 100 acre township in Gurgaon in September this year. Crestview Apartment is offering apartments in sizes ranging from 925 - 1402 sq. ft in G+13 level towers with each floor having 4 units. Each apartment will come equipped with the best of modern amenities like imported marble flooring in living/dining, split air-conditioning in all rooms etc.

Recently, the company sold 3.71 million sq ft of area worth Rs 2,088 crore and reduced its debt by nearly Rs 400 crore in the first half of this fiscal. Out of 3.71 million sq ft that it sold during the first half of this fiscal, the housing sector accounted for 3.22 million sq ft. In sales booking, the housing segment contributed Rs 1,565 crore, while the non-residential vertical accounted for Rs 523 crore.
