Craftsman Automation has made equity investment of Rs 42,000 (i.e. 4,200 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) in Event Green Power (EGPPL). The shareholding of the company in the equity shares of EGPPL will be 1.91%. Investment made is as per the Electricity Act, 2003 and for the purpose of the purchase of solar power under the Group Captive Scheme.
