Brainbees Solutions’ material subsidiary -- Globalbees Brands (Globalbees) has acquired further stake in Plantex E-Commerce, a step-down subsidiary of the Company. Globalbees has acquired 10% additional shareholding from other existing shareholders of Plantex E-Commerce. Cost of acquisition is Rs 19.96 crore. Pursuant to the said acquisition, the shareholding of Globalbees has been increased from 60% to 70% in Plantex Ecommerce.
Acquisition of additional shareholding in Plantex E-Commerce from its other existing shareholders, by Globalbees is pursuant to the Shareholders Agreement dated September 02, 2022.
Brainbees Solutions offers products for mothers, babies, and Kids via its online platform 'FirstCry'.
