Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended, read with Bank’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, Central Bank of India has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Bank’s Directors, Designated employees/persons from 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the financial results of the Bank for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
