UNO Minda has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve and to declare the financial results will be intimated separately in due course.
