With reference to the BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, Vapi Enterprise has informed that the terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company for the Directors, Promoters, KMP, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company will be closed for trading in Securities of the Company, from 01st October, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2025. The same will be informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above-referred Code of Conduct.
