Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, N R Agarwal Industries has informed about a fire broke out on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 6.15 pm at its Unit-I plant located at Plot No.169, Phase II, GIDC, Vapi - 396 195, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat. First fire was noticed in Electrical Transformer which spread to Electrical PCC room, VFDs, ACBs, LT and HT cables, etc. The fire was controlled by using in-house firefighting systems and also fire tenders from GIDC Vapi. The Company has Industrial All Risk Insurance Policy and the claim has been lodged. The estimated monetary loss is approximately Rs 4 crores and estimated production loss is approximately 2300 MT. The said plant is expected to be in operation in 7 days time.
