Reliance Home Finance has informed that an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 was filed by Invent Assets Securitisation & Reconstruction (Financial Creditor) against Reliance Home Finance (Corporate Debtor/ Company), before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench Court VI. The Hon'ble NCLT by virtue of the order dated September 16, 2025 (Order) in C.P. (IB)/342(MB)2025 admitted the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for the Corporate Debtor as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
