K&R Rail Engineering has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of K&R Rail Engineering held on 20th day of September, 2025 at the Registered office of the Company and the following were duly considered and approved by the Board: The Board considered sale of old equipments and vehicles and authorized the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to execute sale of the old equipments and vehicles strictly in compliance with provisions of the Regulation 23(2), (3) and (4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations) for related party transactions as per the SEBI Circular dated June 26, 2025. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10.30 AM (IST) and concluded at 11.00 AM (IST).
