Vijaya Diagnostic Centre has informed that a regional daily newspaper (‘Prajaprashna Epaper’) dated September 18, 2025 published an article carrying certain allegations of irregularities, pricing issues, and non-compliances in relation to the operations of our Dilsukhnagar branch of the company. The company has clarified that the said allegations are factually incorrect, misleading, and baseless. The Company has issued a Press Note dated September 19, 2025, published in two regional newspapers, namely Nava Telangana and Mana Telangana, refuting such claims and placing on record the true facts. In the interest of transparency and to avoid misinformation among stakeholders, the company has submitted the following documents for reference: 1. Copy of its Press Note dated September 19, 2025; 2. Translated copy of the said Press Note in English; 3. Copy of the article published in Prajaprashna Epaper dated September 18, 2025; and 4. Translated copy of the said article in English. The Company reiterates that it continues to operate with the highest standards of integrity, medical ethics, and regulatory compliance, and reserves its rights to initiate appropriate proceedings against the publication and dissemination of such defamatory content.
