AJC Jewel Manufacturers has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Monday, September 22, 2025, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting at which the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the half year ending September 30, 2025, will be considered and approved. The closure of the Trading Window is applicable to all Designated Persons, including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Senior Management Personnel, and their immediate relatives. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated separately in due course.
