Bihar Sponge Iron has informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated persons,Directors, Promoters, Designated employees, and Insiders/ Connected persons and their Immediate Relatives, with effect from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
