Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of its prior intimations dated 18th August 2025, 26th August 2025, and 4th September 2025, regarding the fire incident at the Petlad manufacturing unit on 17th August 2025, PBM Polytex has informed that the restoration and repair work at the unit has now been fully completed, well within the estimated timelines. All necessary repairs, testing, and safety inspections have been finished. The factory has now resumed normal operations and is fully functional. The diligent work of its teams and close coordination between departments ensured a swift and safe recovery process. The company remain committed to keeping the Stock Exchange and all stakeholders informed of any further important updates in this matter.
