Mirza International has informed that search & seizure operation by Income Tax Department was being conducted at certain premises and at the Company's Registered Office by Income Tax Department from September 11, 2025 to September 16, 2025. The Company fully co-operated with the officials during the proceedings and responded to the clarifications and details sought by them. The company will continue to provide any further clarification / information that may be required. The business operations of the Company continued as usual and were not impacted due to the search. The company will comply with its legal obligation for disclosure from time to time.
