India Tourism Development Corporation has informed that the 60th Annual General Meeting of the company was duly held on Tuesday, the 16th September 2025 at 12:00 hours through Video Conferencing (VC) in due compliance of relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. As per requirement of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the proceedings of 60th AGM of the company are enclosed at Annexure-I.
