NHPC has successfully commissioned the two units of Uri-II HE Project. Further, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed amongst the Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company (CSPHCL), Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative (IFFCO) and NHPC for development of 2x660 MW super critical thermal power project in Surajpur District at Chhattisgarh.
NHPC is engaged in the planning, development and implementation of an integrated and efficient network of hydroelectric projects in India. It executes all aspects of the development of hydroelectric projects, from concept to commissioning.
