Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and in continuation of its earlier communications dated October 2, 2024, and August 30, 2025, regarding the litigations involving Robin Raina, Eraaya Lifescapes has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has dismissed the petition filed by Robin Raina against Eraaya Lifespaces. This dismissal comes subsequent to the earlier rejection of his Special Leave Petition by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, vide order dated August 25, 2025. For further information, the Media Release titled ‘Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, also dismisses the petition filed by Mr. Robin Raina against Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd.’ which has already been disseminated to the Stock Exchange and is annexed.
