Aditya Birla Money has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct formulated Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for Trading in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives which includes all Directors and Employees of the Company from October 01, 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ending on September 30, 2025 to the Public. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half Year ended September 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
