No.: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, Steel Strips Infrastructures has informed that, the closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will commence from 1st October, 2025 for the Company's designated persons and their immediate relatives up to 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 will be informed in due course.
