Diamant Infrastructure has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st October, 2025 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited financial results for the Quarter and half year ended 30 th September, 2025 until the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results. The date of Board Meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 will be intimated separately.
