Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company ('the Code'), CESC has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons as defined under the Code, shall be closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025 in respect of the Financial Year 2025-26. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results of the Company will be notified to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
